The Benefit Without The Responsibility.

Plants have been shown to help reduce absenteeism and increase productivity in the workplace. They have been linked with reduced stress, improved air quality, improved mood, cognitive performance, energy and sleep. Plants are also seen to help stabilise blood pressure, strengthen the immune system and reduce pain.

Whether it’s a plant or two on your desks, a “green wall” or creating an indoor jungle, Eden Inside will help you achieve your goal. For a reasonable monthly subscription we will also take care of your plants and replace them as needed.

You can’t always get out into nature, so Eden Inside is bringing nature to you.

Clean Air (Even At Night)

According to research by NASA, houseplants can reduce airborne toxins by 87% every 24 hours. These toxins include Formaldehyde (found in rugs, vinyl, cigarette smoke and grocery bags), Trichloroethylene and Benzene (both are found in inks, solvents, paint and man-made fibres). High concentrations of Benzene are also present in areas where books and printed papers ae kept, such as studies, libraries or offices.

But what about my bedroom? Don’t plants give out Carbon Dioxide at night? This is the case with most plants, but there are those that give out oxygen at night, giving you much needed fresh air while you sleep/work a night shift. Among these are Orchids (especially Phalaenopsis and Dendrobium), cacti (especially Christmas and Easter cactus), Bromeliads, Swiss Cheese Plant and Aloe Vera.
